I opted to have a "pre-inspection" of my house done before I put it on the market. Since it is a "buyer's market" at the present time, it made sense to identify the areas that needed attention and fix them prior to placing the house on the market to streamline the selling process. It takes away the negotiation areas as well as eliminates any extra time needed to get a problem fixed.
This house is not my primary address, so living several states away made for additional challenges. John LoMonaco was referred to me by my Realtor and he was the perfect person for the job. We met in person once and from then on, everything was handled through email and phone conversations.
John was the point person and collaborated with the realtor, made appointments and met with all outside contractors and gave me an update of all activity as it progressed.
